Start up Splendid City and make sure you have your Options/Preferences --> scheduling options 'Location designation style' to 'Use home locations as designation style' set. (see above) Under the 'Scheduling' preferences --> 'Conflicts & Constraints' tab --> 'Constraint Options' have the 'Allow double header matches' option unchecked and have the 'Minimize consecutive home and away games' option checked. (see below) Click the Save and Close pushbutton.
